Extend tests for `PathsAndConsumesOfModules`

Follow-up of cms-sw/cmssw#47937. Add tests that ensure

• if a Source and an EDProducer produce the "same" data product, the EDProducer is shown in the PathsAndConsumesOfModules
• Impact of ESPrefer is shown as expected
