Cannot link to Discord no matter what I do

Hi there,

I hope this is the right place to post this.

I've followed the instructions on how to link to Discord to the letter - the bot loads all my info into Discord, but inside Discord I can't do anything (e.g. request aid, or .whois) - anytime I try, the bot sends me a message again to link to Discord. In the Intel-Site, there is a YouTube video about Scripts - however the page the YouTube video shows is one of an admin that seems to have more buttons to click on, buttons that don't exist in my version of the site. I've run out of ideas and was hoping for some guidance.
