Job posting marked as spam

Hi,

I submitted a "Digital Marketing Internship" for posting. I can't link to it. Please see draft below. This submission is rejected as "spam". I have a couple other jobs to post, but don't know that I should submit them as I don't want to cause churn for your team and "spam" the board. I think they are appropriate, but I am confused now. Will you please help me understand where I am going wrong or how the submission I have made for posting is different than a published job such as "Junior Technical Marketing Engineer (Entry-level)"?
