My two cents about promoting the CNCF Glossary, I think the problem has to be split in two areas, the first one targeting to new contributors, how to reach them? make the contribution journey attractive to them, create a easy-to-contribute environment, etc. And the second goal should be target to current maintainers, how to keep them motivated? how to reduce their workload, etc.
