Plan for Kubernetes AI Conformance v2.0 for KubeCon Europe 2026 #32
Description
We are launching the v1.0 of the Kubernetes AI Conformance program next week at KubeCon NA.
A lot of work has gone into the first iteration of this program:

Now that there are nearly 20 or so organizations participating to kick this effort off, we should reflect on the lessons learned and what else is missing to get this program to be as successful as the original Kubernetes conformance program where we saw over 100 organizations participate in.
I am creating this issue as a placeholder for people to chime in ideas, complaints, improvements, suggestions etc
