Seeking Guidance on Getting Started with CNCF Contributions

Hello,

I am Sumya, a senior in Computer Science. I recently took a course in Distributed Systems where I gained experience with Kubernetes and applied it to a project. Since then, I’ve developed an interest in contributing to CNCF projects. However, I’m new to this area and would appreciate some guidance.
Is there any link to join the Slack channel (found one from the earlier discussions, getting timed out error) to get started with the contribution?

If your new to open source you can initially start contributing by solving some good first issues and improving documentation .

You can contribute to the repositories of the project you wish to contribute to in GSoC and there are no limitations as such you can contribute to any project
