I was reading the CNCF docs and noticed that falco.org/ja returns 404

The link appears to point to Japanese documentation for Falco, which I could not find. It seems this translation doesn't exist yet. Removing the line avoids a broken or misleading link.

@richochetclementine1315 I'm not sure, I couldn't find foreign language docs on the falco.org website. I just noticed this when browsing so I opened an issue
