[Action] Should we discontinue and/or replace TAG ENV account on X (ex-Twitter)? #557

Description
X has had some negative development lately in terms of the values that the platform would like to preserve and many organizations and individuals have been deactivating and even fully closing down their accounts on this platform. We have also seen during the last half a year at least that engagement on the platform has drastically decreased, even for the accounts that pay money for the verified account (TAG ENV doesn't).
We need to decide what we should do with the TAG ENV presence on X: keep it or ditch it? Should we focus on alternative platforms with better, more genuine reach and engagement like LinkedIn and f.ex. BlueSky?
CNCF still has their account on X and does post there, so I'm wondering if we should also get a feedback from TOC on this.

Outcome
- Decision on keeping or closing down TAG ENV account on X;
- Creation of account on alternative platform, like BlueSky, if decided;
