Project pages

With a list of projects now supported, it may be valuable to generate a page for each project to include a richer description. If we do this, it might make sense to move the project meta data from the projects.yml file to the page.data for each page.

I feel like you could template this out with just a little bit more info in projects.yml I don't think you need to make a new file for each project.
