[Exercise] Code Review with Cursor

• Create the cursor code review in OpenMC, Cyclus, and MontePy
• Run through the exercise as a group (Tuesday?)

A sample exercise was run earlier in the Hackathon, and it wasn't the best. Cursor kind of bugs out when you tell it to do things like this (it really struggles with the open-ended-ness of the prompt and my understanding of these repos isn't the best.
