Improve reconcilers for detecting password drift

What is your environment, configuration, and command?

Currently idpbuilder has 2 core components (gitea and argocd) and keycloak (w/ ref-implementation) which require password.
During creation workflow idpbuilder generates custom passwords and configures these components. However, there are following scenarios on which the password is changed:

• On subsequent create command execution on existing cluster causes these passwords
• Pod recreation (gitea is somewhat fixed with upgrade gitea helm chart version #488)

What did you do and What did you see instead?

idpbuilder should ensure the passwords stay consistent in these scenarios so that user can continue adding components seamlessly.

Take care also that we support to use a well know password => developer for gitea and argocd when the cluster is created with the flag --dev-password

In fact we can have more password to manage that what you mention: backstage, runtime applications, etc ;-)
