[Bug]: Terraform deployment failure due to referenced repository size #50

What is your environment, configuration, and command?
Local deployment of backstage CNOE following the deployment instructions from the cnoe-io/backstage-terraform-integrations repository.
What did you do and What did you see instead?
When referencing the aws-samples/serverless-patterns git repository in the gitrepository.yaml of a template to specify a pattern to deploy, an error message from the tf-controller logs appears as follows: "ResourceExhausted desc = grpc: receieved message larger than max (220230073 vs. 4194304)."
