Hi Max I'd like to introduce myself as it is likely I will have further questions for you. My name is Tim Harriden and I work as a marine biologist. A lot of my work is monitoring for impacts on coral reefs. I can see the potential of using TagLabs for this work and I'm very interested. taglab.720.mov |

Hi!
Python 3.6 on OSX has an issue with certificates, this link shows how to solve it <https://stackoverflow.com/a/42334357/5851101>.
However, generally speaking, python 3.6 reached its end of life <https://endoflife.date/python> in december, therefore I suggest to update python first. It is possible that this issue has been solved in recent versions of python.

Hi, I'm very excited about the possibility of using TagLab. I have set up a project, annotated the corals and exported the data. When I export the annotation as a label image the software crashes. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks
