What is the meaning of parameters in Camera settings of MeshLab?

I want to use the Windows -> 'copy camera setting to clipboard' to export the camera setting and use it in another program. While I do not know the meaning of 'RotationMatrix' and 'TranslationVector'. Are they the 'R' and 't' of extrinsic like W2C matrix?
