We talked about this epic in the dev meeting today. @bherr2 mentioned that he'd still like to have a GitHub deployable version for demo'ing at the end of their sprints. By deploying the graphql server to the cloud we should be able to provide a public endpoint so that this would work.

This fits the goals of Phase 2. This automated deploy setup isn't a key feature for Phase 1.

Btw, we already build the demo on master pushes with Travis CI. I believe once we come up with the set of commands used we can integrate it pretty easily with Travis. Can also run automated tests and push releases (IE the built electron apps used for deployment) to GitHub Releases too. We've done similar things in other projects.
