Add OpenHub for each org

Use URL guessing to detect whether an org exists in OpenHub , and add a link for any which was found.

PRs do not have access to an OpenHub token, so can not use one. However we can add an OpenHub token to do extra detection which will run on the master builds after merge.

The majority of GCI orgs have one ( http://openhub.net/orgs/ ).
