The collector's metrics/cloudflare pipeline was fixed live (POST /v1/metrics now returns 200 partialSuccess, verified 2026-08-27 with a synthetic probe) but the fix never landed in catalyst-otel-private (private/collector-config-private.yaml:412-413 still shows the broken receivers). Reconcile the repo with the deployed config, then close/update OTL-73 — the 404 no longer reproduces. Found during the 2026-08-27 container-telemetry audit (see OTL-90 round).
