feature request: build releases for target aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu

Hi, it would be useful for me if release binaries were compiled for the target aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu. Currently, I just build from source, so this is would be only a minor quality of life improvement, but it would still be appreciated.

Thanks much for all the work on cobalt - it is a great piece of software!

Not dealt with building for that target but open to contributions on this!
