Set webhook to Fedora Weblate

Hi, can you set a webhook for notifying Fedora Weblate of new commits? Without it, Weblate's local checkout of this repository is not automatically updated with latest commit, and this may cause merge conflicts or outdated translations.

For your convenience: Settings > Webhooks> Add webhook > Payload URL: https://translate.fedoraproject.org/hooks/github/ and save

Thanks for the issue, we do have a hook set up but it failed also in cockpit-podman (and I suspect other projects)

Everything seems setup correctly but GitHub gets " We couldn't deliver this payload: timed out "
