[RFE] URL "installation type" should support "Automation"

When creating a VM, you should be able to add "Automation" to set the root password/create user. 

Currently, you can only do this with a downloaded qcow2 image or through "Download an OS" (both seem to also not work right now per my other issue posted). 

This should be available when providing a URL for an OS as well.
