Blank screen after login

I am kind of at a loss on issues with my install.

Currently I am running OL 9.6 with kernel Linux 5.15.0-314.193.5.3.el9uek.x86_64. When trying to login, I am greeted with a blank page after submitting the form. Previously this was working behind a reverse proxy, but I have since cleared the install trying to access directly via the server IP.

I am not seeing anything in journalctl besides:
cockpit-session[40853]: pam_ssh_add: Failed adding some keys

Looking at the console of the browser, I see

GET https://*.*.*.*:9090/cockpit/@localhost/base1/cockpit.js NS_ERROR_CORRUPTED_CONTENT
The resource from “https://*.*.*.*:9090/cockpit/@localhost/base1/cockpit.js” was blocked due to MIME type (“text/html”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).

I attempted to remove everything from the previous install, but could be missing something causing issues. Any suggestions?
