Cockpit Client multiple instances

Describe the enhancement

Running a second cockpit client to look at two machines simultaneously seems to be impossible or purposely difficult, as the second client automatically connects to the same machine as the first client instead of asking which machine to connect to.
Each instance should ask what server to connect to, or make it easier to switch servers from the interface.

This is a known limitation of the Client, not sure how easy it is to solve.
