`tasks-container-usage` doesn't work by default

Currently there is no docs within the starter-kit on how to update the workflows or what workflows exist and what they all do

With the tasks-container-update it is scheduled to run regularly but does not actually work on repos by default from this template. We instead get an error in the Run tasks-container-update step with:

Run make bots
fatal: detected dubious ownership in repository at '/__w/cockpit-bootc/cockpit-bootc'
To add an exception for this directory, call:

	git config --global --add safe.directory /__w/cockpit-bootc/cockpit-bootc
make: *** [Makefile:40: pkg/lib/cockpit-po-plugin.js] Error 128

Sure, not our issue but a GitHub one. The best we can do is leave a FIXME here to adjust it to whatever you clone your project to.
