fix: add docker group to analysisCli user

[DMarinhoCodacy]

We created a non-root user called analysisCli, but it wasn't part of any group.
This is particularly relevant for Docker-in-Docker, as running tools with different users (such as root users) will likely result in permission issues. This PR aims to address this issue and add analysisCli to the docker group.
