[BUG]: Styling (and rendering?) issues on "finding has been withdrawn" page

The success page after withdrawing a finding has some broken layout, it's missing the side margins at least:

(Also there's a Markdown link in the content which isn't getting converted to HTML, but maybe that's intentional/wontfix?)
