• DoD: After reading the website, Anna can suggest a PAYT method the City of Boston may adopt based on the group’s findings

• dod 1) clarify where the types are. clarify headers - types of models vs payment models. are these connected? or can i pick one and pick a different one? maybe see examples of what munis have implemented. i.e. does a flat fee make sense to include with a full model or a hybrid model.
• dod 2) highlight key recommendation. ie boston should implement this model and this payment structure. a clear recommendation and next steps section could be helpful.
• dod 3) rec section would be helpful for that.
