Describe the bug
An AMC user creates interventions and selects a vulnerability in the “Vulnerabilitate adresată” field. Later, when that vulnerability becomes obsolete, the user deletes it from Catagrafie. When reviewing the interventions that previously referenced this vulnerability, they notice that the “Vulnerabilitate adresată” field is empty.
Expected behavior
The AMC user should still be able to view the vulnerability originally associated with the intervention, even if that vulnerability has been deleted from Catagrafie.
ALSO, IMPORTANT: All interventions must always have a linked vulnerability stored in the database-> important for the reporting!
