[Settings] Logo and Favicon don't appear in the admin after setting them

Describe the bug

In the admin settings, the logo/favicon appears not chosen after adding a logo and/or a favicon.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to /admin/settings/site
2. Scroll to Branding and add a Logo and/or a Favicon
3. Save the changes
4. Refresh the page and look at the two file pickers
5. Instead of showing that a file has been added, and the file, it displays "No file chosen"

Expected behavior

Some sort of feedback to show that the file exists and to allow the user to view that file.
