Description
The main codebar website is hosted under the .io ccTLD. This ccTLD is the one for the British Indian Ocean Territories, for which the UK has just given up sovereignty and handed them over to Mauritius. Under ICANN rules, this should normally result in termination of the ccTLD within a few year, assuming it is also removed from the ISO list of country codes. If this happens, the codebar.io domain would no longer be available. That said, other people disagree with this interpretation.
Should we consider a backup domain while we still have ample time?
