AI use as a teaching aid in workshops

Codebar doesn't have an official stance on the use of generative AI yet. I think it could be useful having a discussion about it including if and when coaches and students should use it.

### Feedback from meeting that took place 26th June
It was felt that students are strongly encouraged to make the most of the coach available on the day. Unlike AI tools, a professional coach brings up-to-date knowledge, real-world experience, and personalised guidance that supports deeper understanding. This hopefully will build better and life-long learning habits

Was there a feedback as to how students actually use AI tools ? I have been with a lot of students doing that and almost exclusively to generate solutions to a problem. 70% couldn't fully understand the solution generated and 50% couldn't modify the code accordingly.

Good question @mikejeuga It was felt that codebar shouldn't be prescriptive about how coaches use AI, but maybe there should be some written guidance.
