New organizers onboarding

I am a new organizer and I am very grateful for the help I got from you wonderful people!
I wanted to see if we could build an onboarding guide for new organizers of new or existing chapters, virtual or in person.

This might save time for people and ensure some coherence (if you believe this might be important).
