Upgrade to 8.41 & automate

Looks like Checkstyle 8.41 has been released, can we update this repo to reflect this version?

Also, these updates seem to be somewhat of a manual/tedious chore that should likely be automated. Is it possible to do this through Dependabot or a similar mechanism?
