Update Coffeelint to include fixes for default within an export statement

• This PR should correct the analysis: Fix #4451 and 4481: default in export statements jashkenas/coffeescript#4483
• PR incorporated just prior to the 2.0 beta release
• and would resolve another active issue on this Code Climate plugin
