Submit to upstream?

Hi, I'm a Homebrew maintainer.

Is there any reason you chose to host this formula in your own tap rather than submit it upstream to homebrew/core? Having a formula in core usually provides a better experience for users, because they can just eg `brew install codeclimate` and it'll do the right thing.
