Update the icons at the bottom of the page (Slack, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) with the name of the icon below it. #115
Description
While the icons are great, not everyone know what they stand for. Having the name of the icon below will make it easier to use.
My only concern is the font-size of the new title for these icons.
