Look into managing AWS network ACLs

While we cover ASGs and most other things with AWS WAF, it's possible that people don't want that, or that in certain cases it isn't suitable (standalone EC2 instances being an example) so network ACLs might be a better solution. So figuring out how to go about creating and configuring of an ACL and assigning it to a network would be a useful thing to have.
