[FEATURE] Build Officer Search Page #477
Description
When a user wants to look up a record for an individual officer, they will use the Officer Search page. This can be accessed by Clicking on the "Officer" tab from the search results page. (Must be logged in to view)
From this page, the user should be able to enter the name of an officer as well as the location or place of employment in the search bar. The List Officers API will provide a list of matching officers based on the search term.
