Normalize home addresses #708

Description

@lfilmeyer

When a surveyor clicks "Generate Route" for a batch of homes, Google maps sometimes (5% of 1600 tested homes) has trouble finding one or more of the addresses, which interrupts the surveyors flow of figuring out where to go next.

Examples:

  • Home 22: "2 MT PLEASANT TE ROXBURY 02119" --> Google has a hard time realizing TE means Terrace
  • Home 106: "141 FISHER AV ROXBURY CROSSIN 02120" --> Google has a hard time realizing Roxbury Crossin means Roxbury Crossing

Unlike the Google Maps app, the Google Maps Geocode API did a better job (only 1% failure to find) of finding these homes. We should use this API to normalize the addresses, and discard the remaining addresses that could not be found. (For example, we have some bad data, like "11:00 AM MT VERNON ST”)
