Description

Replace all Greensboro/Guilford county specific items with the variables in created in issue #123

Implementation

Anytime there is a reference to Greensboro or Guilford county replace it with the variables in the config.js file.
Anytime there is a reference to anything Greensboro specific replace it with a variable.

If necessary create new variables in the config.js file. Please use UPPER_SNAKE_CASE for all variable names.

This will be an ongoing issue and we don't expect one person to do all of this.

I was looking into this and the config.js file is in a src directory at the root of the project rather than client/src. With that when I try import { CITY } from '/src/config'; I get an error: Module not found: You attempted to import /src/config which falls outside of the project src/ directory. Relative imports outside of src/ are not supported.

I typically use Vue so there may be something obvious with React that I am missing?
