Update content for Symptom Search project

Can someone update the site's database with this proposed content for Symptom Search?

Alternatively, do we have a clear process by which to propose content changes, and approvals? (I'm guessing not, at this stage.)

Benjamin has expanded the text to describe the Symptom Surveyor (http://www.codeforpdx.org/projects/2) and maybe you could help him to update the site?
