Compress file by size limit, add a trim feature?

Hello, this is really good software with a little loss in quality. I'd like to request a few features to make it even better. Could you add option to adjust output video quality by file size limit? In Discord, there is a limit of 10 MB for a video, so would it would be useful to convert a video within that limit. Also having a trim feature built in would be great.
