Audit Frontend Dependencies

# Description
The frontend relies on outdated packages and an older Node version, resulting in numerous security vulnerabilities. While not all are critical, we should reduce exposure by auditing and updating dependencies — both to improve security and to unlock newer Node.js APIs.

# How to fix
1. Remove all unused dependencies
2. Migrate all dependencies to the latest version if possible
