Cookie Consent Dialog

I've recently encountered https://github.com/osano/cookieconsent. The project provides a JS module that any website owner can use in their website to show a consent popup for using cookies as well as other data related issues.

I think we can piggyback on the module but we need to

• translate the content into Thai (our main language);
• write a generic data policy that any Thai website can used. The policy should conform with PDPA. The policy should also contain a digestible summary.
• possibly, add i18n functionality for foreign languages, e.g English.

We might start using this dialog with ELECT projects, e.g.
