Can you maybe make a font extractor for this?

Hi! your work is really cool!
I was wondering if it's possible to extract all the chars in these Unicode images and make a TTF/OTF font out of it?
because you already were able to replace every char with its corresponding char in the right place and page.
if you won't/can't do it, do you maybe have any idea/tip on how I can do it myself?
