Issue #10 - [FEATURE] Rename "Configuration Toolbar" to "Developer Tools" in API Reference

Motivation

The current naming of the toolbar in the API reference as "Configuration Toolbar" is semantically inaccurate. This toolbar provides functionality like sharing documentation and generating SDKs, which are developer-focused tools rather than configuration options. Accurate naming improves the user experience by setting correct expectations about what the toolbar provides, and it makes the codebase more maintainable by ensuring that component names reflect their actual purpose.

Current Behavior

The API reference includes a toolbar that is currently labeled as "Configuration Toolbar" throughout the codebase.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Navigate to the API reference implementation in the codebase
2. Locate the toolbar component in packages/api-reference/src/features/toolbar/
3. Examine the ApiReferenceToolbarTitle.vue component and observe the button text reads "Configuration Toolbar"

Expected Behavior

All references to "Configuration Toolbar" should be updated to "Developer Tools" throughout the codebase to accurately reflect the toolbar's purpose.

Acceptance Criteria:

• UI components display "Developer Tools" instead of "Configuration Toolbar"

Steps to Test

1. Verify the toolbar button displays "Developer Tools" text
