Link to global configuration from project specific configuration page

The project specific configuration pages should have a link to the global configuration so that you can easily jump into it. Optionally there could be a list of project and links to the project specific configuration for all projects that have a project specific configuration.

Tasks

• add a link that leads to the global configuration page on the project configuration page
• add a list of projects to the global configuration page that links to the project specific configuration
