Bug: Popover inline toolbar shows scrollbars in Safari

In Safari, highlighting text opens the popover toolbar. The toolbar shows scrollbars, partially covering the items/options in the inline-toolbar.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Highlight text to get the popover toolbar to open

Expected behavior:
Display all items in the toolbar without scrollbars

Possible solutions:

1. Disable scrolling in the Inline Toolbar and let it grow constantly depending on number of tools.
2. Implement custom scrolling utility with fancy scrollbars like Mac OS has but more compact.

I’ve tested this in Safari 26.3 and wasn’t able to reproduce the issue.

Could you please explain how to reproduce it?

Also, I noticed an issue with the icons in your screenshot: some of them are larger or smaller than expected. It looks like there might be a problem with your styles.

I can't really tell you more then to just highlight the text to reproduce it. I updated to Safari 26.3.1, Tahoe 26.3.1.
I tested it on the next branch 2.31.4 and it appears like this on the example page:
