Display updates (#131)
* Update 50-end-display-slide-info-display.sql updated for current study: no in-person follow-up * Create longitudinal-welcome-display this is a new welcome display slide to be used for longitudinal participants. the code is copied and modeled after the original welcome display slide * fix: merging in jeannines slide changes --------- Co-authored-by: Nicholas Lee <[email protected]>
