[Feat] Add filters to help constraints review

Add several filters on constraints summary page to help the search of constraint and the review of annotation.

Describe the solution you'd like

• add a filter on constraint.constraint_type,
• add a filter on constraint.sampling_iteration,
• add a filter on constraint.to_annotate,
• add a filter on constraint.to_fix,
• add a filter on constraint.to_review,
• add a filter on text.text_preprocess.

Additional context

For example, during the constraints review, be able to filter on:

• constraints that are in conflicts,
• constraints that are not annotated in the current iteration,
• constraints that need a review and are annotated with a MUST_LINK.
