Hello,
since I'm developing a java-desktop-application, which can be used to model mixed integer problems, I have two questions on the usage of cbc:
I'm planning to publish my tool under the GNU General Public License. The tool is using the CBC to solve the modeled mixed integer problems. Is it okay from a license perspective if I do so?
I'm calling the CBC from java. At the moment I'm running the CBC within Cygwin on my Windows Computer, but I'd like to intgrate the CBC as dll. Is there a place, where I can download the dll?
